Propulse28 is a Canadian company that prepares bilingual launch roadmaps and strategic dossiers for entrepreneurs.

Propulse28 offers two categories:

• Launch roadmaps: bilingual digital documents (English and French) delivered as PDF files, designed to structure the launch of an entrepreneurial project in a given sector (for example: Food Truck, Container Retail, Container Café).
• Founder Mandate and Founder Mandate Premium: personalized strategic support services, which always begin with a no-commitment discovery call.

Propulse28 documents and services are designed as reference, structuring and decision-support tools.

All prices shown on propulse28.ca are in Canadian dollars (CAD). The price displayed at the time of purchase applies. Propulse28 may change prices at any time without notice; already-paid orders are not affected.

Payments are processed by Stripe as one-time payments. Propulse28 does not store or directly process card data. An order confirmation is sent automatically by email once payment is validated. If you do not receive this confirmation within a reasonable time, contact info@propulse28.ca.

Standardized roadmaps are delivered by email in PDF format within one business day following payment confirmation. For Founder Mandate and Founder Mandate Premium engagements, the timeline is agreed with the client following the discovery call. Propulse28 does not deliver physical goods.

To complete an order, the client must provide a valid email address and any information required for invoicing. For mandate engagements, additional project information is collected during the discovery call. The client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Standardized roadmaps are digital products. Once the PDF file has been delivered, the sale is final. A refund may nevertheless be issued in the event of a duplicate charge, a failure to deliver attributable to Propulse28, or where required by law. Requests must be sent to info@propulse28.ca.

For Founder Mandate and Founder Mandate Premium engagements, amendment, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the written agreement for each mandate.

All documents, text, illustrations, methodologies and materials provided by Propulse28 remain the exclusive property of Propulse28. Purchasing a roadmap or engaging a mandate grants the client a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for their own entrepreneurial project. Reproduction, resale, redistribution, public online posting, sharing or any commercial use of the content for other purposes is prohibited without Propulse28’s prior written consent.

Propulse28 provides research, structuring, planning and documentary preparation services. The documents delivered are reference and decision-support tools.

Propulse28 does not guarantee the approval of a financing application, obtaining a loan, grant, investment or partnership, nor the launch, profitability, growth or success of a business.

Any financing, investment, authorization or approval decision belongs exclusively to the relevant institutions, organizations, investors or authorities. The client remains responsible for their own decisions, for validating information, for executing their project, and for retaining appropriate professionals where required.

Roadmaps and documents produced by Propulse28 rely on public sources, regulatory references and practices observed at the time of preparation. Regulations, financing programs, rates and agency requirements evolve. It is the client’s responsibility to validate relevant information with the competent authorities (for example MAPAQ, RBQ, CNESST, municipalities, financial institutions) before any business decision.

Propulse28 is not a law, accounting, tax, notarial, engineering, architecture or brokerage firm. No content provided constitutes legal, accounting, tax, financial, investment or other regulated professional advice. The client is invited to consult appropriate professionals for any matter that requires it.

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Province of Québec, Canada, as well as the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable laws and mandatory consumer-protection rules.
